Throughout the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the valuable opportunity to capture photos of life at Finlandia University. In this role, I dedicated my time to capturing images that showcased "sisu," but also the importance of human connection. Unfortunately, after 126 years of providing education, Finlandia University closed its doors in May 2023. This cohort of students, faculty and staff were among the last to walk through the halls of the university.
